Our Beach suites are a harmonious combination of space, service and privacy, beautifully appointed over two levels and perfect for families. In these two-floor suites you can decide whether to relax in the separate living room, on the outdoor terrace or around your private swimming pool. The master bedroom with King-size bed is located on the ground floor with connecting doors to the living room and an en-suite bathroom with a large, free-standing bathtub and outdoor shower. The second bedroom is located on the first floor with two twin-beds, an amenities fridge and en-suite bathroom. Guests can soak up the views on the sizeable first floor open-air terrace. The Beach suite naturally offers direct access to the white sandy beaches and the Indian Ocean’s clear waters.

The Royal Residence at Jumeirah Vittaveli is a five-bedroom retreat with a main Sanctuary, two Guest Villas and a two-storey Guest House offering the perfect private hideaway to share with family and friends.

Stretching over 3,500 square metres, the Royal Residence features a private spa pavilion, gym, two pools, outdoor and indoor living areas, stunning bathrooms, and a dedicated Teppanyaki restaurant as well as a fully stocked professional kitchen by nolte™ with a wine cellar. The Residence's combined living and dining pavilion leads out onto an expansive deck, which wraps around a full-sized pool. A sunken lounge is surrounded by a fragrant lily pond.
